Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible to return your item under the following conditions:

   

  1.  Original Condition - The product must be in  its original, unused, and unaltered condition.
  2. Original Packaging - Items must be returned in  the original box or packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  3. Eligibility for Returns:
  4. Return Request Period - You must request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
  5. Proof of Purchase - A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required


Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been used,  altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components.
  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, and perishable goods.
  • Clearance or final sale items marked as "non-returnable."

Reasons for Return:

  • Defective or Damaged Item - The product arrived damaged or is defective.
  • Incorrect Item Sent - You received the wrong item.
  • Item Not as Described - The item does not match the description or photos on our product listing.
  • Unwanted Item - You changed your mind and no longer want the item (must be unused and in original packaging).

   

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Log in to your Amazon account and go to Your Orders.
  2. Select the item you wish to return and click Return or Replace Items.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete your return request.
  4. Print your return label and securely pack the item in the original box.
  5. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier.

   

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed  within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable  unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
